Carlen Canale is a veteran in trade show, conference and production management. Her clients include high profile corporations and non-profit foundations.
With a BS in Hotel Management, Carlen's production career began in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace in catering & convention services and then was part of the opening team at MGM Grand Hotel for its opening in 1993.
In 1995, she returned home to Los Angeles and worked at some of the major downtown convention hotels overseeing a wide range of events, meetings and tradeshows for major corporations and associations. Her vast knowledge and expertice took her to San Francisco in 2000 to produce some of the largest tradeshows, conferences and special events for Key3Media (later called MediaLive International) with operational budgets ranging from $250,000 to in excess of $5 million. These shows included Comdex, Networld+Interop, Seybold as well as boutique conferences for Intel and Sun Microsystems, among others.
Based on Carlen's experience, she branched out on her own in 2008 and co-founded a b/c designed event inc. Most recently she relocated back to Las Vegas and started CDC Productions, focusing on project management for trade shows, conferences, premieres, special events, and television/movie productions.
